By placing an order through InkVibeUSA, you agree to the policies outlined below. These return and refund policies are designed to ensure transparency and provide a smooth experience for our customers in the United States.


A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused condition

  • It must include all tags and be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Inspection may take 1–7 business days, after which we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.


C. Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail to our return facility.


D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

For defective items:

  • Return shipping is free

  • No restocking fees apply

For customer-related issues (e.g., purchased by mistake or no longer wanted):

  • The customer must pay for the actual cost of return shipping

  • No restocking fees apply


E. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item:

  • Return the original product using the process above

  • Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item


F. Return Shipping Labels

  • Defective Products: We provide a downloadable return label

  • Customer Remorse: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


G. Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
